Leads

Collect and manage visitor emails from your assistant

When fallback email collection is enabled and your assistant can't answer a question, it asks the visitor for their email. These submissions appear in the Leads tab.

Managing leads

Each lead shows:

  • The visitor's email

  • The question they asked

  • Status: New, Contacted, or Resolved

Click a lead to see details and take action:

  • Reply by email — opens your email client with the visitor's address

  • View conversation — see the full chat context

  • Add as Q&A Pair — create an exact answer so the assistant can handle this question next time

Filtering

Filter leads by status:

  • All — every lead

  • New — unread leads (with red badge count)

  • Contacted — leads you've responded to

  • Resolved — leads that have been handled
