Connect external tools to search alongside your uploaded files
Connectors let you search your external tools — Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox, and custom websites — directly from the Knowbase chat. No need to import everything manually.
When you enable a connector in chat, Knowbase searches that service alongside your uploaded files. Results from connectors are extracted on the fly and included in the AI's answer with source citations.
All connectors are managed in Account > Connectors.
Plan requirement: Connectors are available on Starter (1 connector), Pro (unlimited), and Team (unlimited) plans.
